We provide you with tasty healthy food, enjoyable exercises and informative lectures on health challenges we face in our daily lives.

MORNING routine

06:00 to 07:00 am - Breakfast (at the Resto)

  • Lemon Water & Mineral Salts
  • Fruit (whole) or Vegetable Smoothies (raw)
  • Grains of which 3 are ancient, served with
  • Yoghurt, berries, honey & seeds
  • Coffee

07:00 to 08:00 am – Get-together (at the Sun Deck)

  • Facial Yoga Exercises
  • Head Massages
  • Breathing & Meditation
  • Listening to & Bird watching
  • Sleep Therapy

08:00 to 10:00 am - Personal One-on-One Health Consultation (at the Gym)

  • Discussion on Meal & Supplement Plans (20 mins)
  • Warm Up (5 mins)
  • Gym Session with Personal Fitness Trainer (30 to 40 mins)
  • Infrared Therapy for pain (20 mins)
  • Steam Sauna for detoxing (20 mins)

10:00 to 11:00 am - Informative Videos on Health Challenges (one of the following at the Resto)

  • Empower your Immune System

11:00 to 12:00 am - Lunch (at the Resto)

  • Rice Cakes
  • Spreads (Avo, Hummus, Liver or Chicken Pate's, or Cottage Cheese)
  • Boiled free-range Chicken Eggs
  • Beef Broth
  • Variety of Seeds
  • Cottage Cheese with Cayenne Pepper
  • Whole Fruit
  • Tea with Nut Milk

AFTERNOON routine

12:00 to 13:00 pm - Walking Routine through the Gardens (meet at the Herb Garden)

  • Discussions on growing your own seasonal organic food
  • Green House (hydroponics) & Tilapia Fish (aquaponics)
  • Natural healing with Herbs & Spices                                                                               

13:00 to 14:00 pm – Rest (in your Room)

  • Take a power nap or read a book in the cozy reading corner or just enjoy the View like a King
  • Massages (pre-booked ~ Beauty by Michelle)

14:00 to 16:00 pm – Fun activities (at the Sun Deck)

  • Jacuzzi
  • Swimming Pool

EXTRAS (weather permitting)

Nature Outing & Picnic at the Mpushini Waterfall, Boardwalk or Dhlinza Forest or visit to the Nursery

EVENING Routine

18:00 to 19:00 pm - Supper (in the Resto)

  • Meat (Protein)
  • Starch (for those not on weight loss) & Grains
  • Homecooked Vegetables
  • Salads

19:00pm - Closing (depart to Rooms)                                        

Last evening: Casual get-together celebration (Guests only)

WHAT TO BRING

Subject to your stay as a Guest (Monday to Sunday, or as a Daily Visitor)

  • Dress is casual for comfort and modesty
  • Nightgown/pajamas, socks & slippers with rubber soles
  • Long thick robe
  • Gym Gear & Training Shoes
  • Comfortable walking shoes, gum boots & hiking shoes
  • A raincoat, light jacket (for cool evenings) & warm comfy jacket
  • Sunscreen, hat and garden gloves
  • Bathing suit/trunks + Swim Towel
  • Personal toiletries
  • Binoculars for bird watching
  • Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds
  • Medication if you’re allergic to bee sting, dietary supplements and medications that you are currently taking, and enough for the time you are with us as we respect the recommendations given to you by your physician. Although frequently our health guests do manage to reduce their medications as their body heals, the rate at which this happens is different for everyone. If you are a diabetic, please bring: 1) your glucose monitor 2) sufficient strips for your period of stay (testing 4-6 times per day) and 3) sufficient lancets.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

This is a smoke-free, drug-free & weapon-free environment.

NO

  • Junk food, caffeinated products, tobacco or alcohol products.
  • Illicit drugs or substances that can be used to alter consciousness.
  • Weapons of any kind such as guns, knives, brass knuckles, etc.
  • Candles, incense or anything that has a naked flame or produces smoke.
  • It’s not necessary to put make-up on for the morning sessions.
  • Limit cell phone use to a minimum to rest and relax.
  • Children and pets are not allowed.
